Marine salvage airbags are designed based on ship launching airbags. Marine salvage airbags are the toughest salvage bags. It can be used for salvage and flotation as floating salvage pontoons. Marine rubber airbags can be used to salvage the shipwreck, rescue the floating bridge, dock construction, and other floating structures. With the strongest pneumatic rubber body, salvage rubber airbags really come into their own when airbags employed in heavy-duty salvage work under a severe environment.

Marine salvage airbags are the system of choice where reliable, controllable buoyancy is required. They are particularly suited for installation buoyancy on pipeline float-out, beach pulls, and river crossings. Our marine salvage rubber airbags have also been used in applications such as vessel and platform draught reduction in limited water depths. And as salvage pontoons for temporary bridges and docks. The salvers can use marine rubber airbags to salvage the shipwreck, rescue the floating bridge, and dock construction.

Marine salvage airbags are enclosed cylindrical shape buoyancy units. Constructed from high tensile out rubber layer, multiplayer heavy-duty synthetic-tire-cord layers, and an inner rubber layer vulcanized firmly. There are some lifting belts and shackles around the airbags. Safe valves, mounted to the ends of airbags, are ideal for releasing inner pressure automatically when marine salvage airbags are applied in deep water.

Marine salvage rubber airbags are cylindrical balloon bodies, with two conical heads and end mouth, fitted with air tightness swivel and air inlet kits at the end mouth. Polyester webbing lifting straps are around the whole marine rubber airbag body. The total lifting of these straps maintains a minimum 6:1 safety factor of its buoyancy. Can equip the auto pressure to relieve valves, which can open when inner pressure reaches rated pressure. It is more tough than PVC underwater air lift bags.

We define the number of layers, which means the number of Synthetic-tyre-cord layers, in order to confirm the Safety Working Pressure.
