Our foam filled navigation buoys generally consist of a closed-cell foam core encapsulated with tough, resistant polyurethane outer skin, combined with high-quality steelwork. We can make subsurface mooring buoys, cable floats, pipeline floaters, ROV buoyancy modules, special shape buoys, and other syntactic foam products. The out skin can be made by polyethylene shell and polyurethane elastomer.  

Foam filled navigation buoys are manufactured from resilient closed-cell unsinkable foam core around the inner central steelwork covered in protective polyurethane elastomer coating.

The suitcase anchor pendant buoy has a rectangular shape with a lay-flat surface. This shape ensures the buoys can be safely stored and transported economically. The inner central steel frame has enough support branches to ensure the foam core cannot be move.

The resilient closed-cell polyethylene foam core guarantees self-fendering and is unsinkable even in case of damage. And self-colored polyurethane elastomer skin is resistant to abrasion and ultra violet rays degradation. For the extreme operating environment. The reinforced nylon filament ensures polyurethane elastomer protective coating has higher tear strength.
